
Ingredients:
1. Besan/gram flour- 250gms
2. Condensed Milk- 350gms
3. Ghee-4 tbsp
Preparation Method:
1. Add ghee to pan, let it melt and add besan slowly and mix it continuously to avoid lumps. Keep frying the besan for 5-6 minutes.
2. Add condensed milk and mix it till the ghee separates from the pan and the besan mixtures turns to burfi consistency.
3. Let the mixture cool down. Apply ghee to your palms , take a small ball and roll it to round shape.
Note:
1. Don't keep the flame to high, the gram flour might burnt and taste raw flavor.
2. Don't let the mixture to cool down completely, it should be warm to make a roll.
