
Ingredients:
1. Classic Milk Bread-5-6 slices
2. Sugar- 1 cup
3. Water- 1 cup
4. Oil- 250 grams
5. Milk- 1/2 cup
6. Saffron- 10 strands
7. Dry fruits- Cashews, Almonds, Pistacho, Pecans- 10 grams each
Preparation Method:
1. Cut the bread in 4 pieces and deep fry in oil, till crispy and golden brown.
2. Prepare sugar syrup, boil the water adding sugar until the sugar dissolves and its consistency to one string.
3. Soak saffron strands in milk for an hour.
4. Chop the dry fruits.
5. Place the bread pieces, add sugar syrup on it, add saffron milk and dry fruits. Repeat the layer on top it for remaining pieces.
