
Ingredients:
1. Buttermilk- 3 glasses
2. Besan flour- 1 spoon
3. cumin seeds- 1 tbsp
4. Salt- to taste
5. Chilli powder- 1 tbsp
6. Coriander powder- 1/2 tbsp
7. Coriander leaves- handful
8. Oil- 1 spoon
Preparation Method:
1. Whisk buttermilk properly, add besan flour and whisk again without forming lumps.
Add cumin seeds, salt, chilli powder, coriander powder mix properly.
2. Add oil in a pan, add the buttermilk mixture and boil for 5-6 minutes. Mix once and check for salt. Boil for few more minutes.
3. Add coriander leaves and mix properly. Turn of the flame. Serve hot with steamed rice and ghee.
