
Ingredients:
1. Mango-1
2. Oil-2 spoons
3. Mustard seeds- 1 tbsp
4. Cumin seeds- 1 tbsp
5, Asafoetida- pinch
6. Turmeric- pinch
7. Urad dal - 1 tbsp
8. Peanut powder- 2 spoons
9. Sesame seeds powder- 2 spoons
10. Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
11. Salt- to taste
12. Chilli powder- 1 tbsp
13. Jaggery- 2 pieces
14. Coriander leaves- handful
Preparation Method:
1.Chop mango into large pieces. In a non stick pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, turmeric, urad dal, add chopped mango pieces. Saute for 2 minutes, Keep the lid on and cook mango pieces for 5 minutes.
2. Add salt, chilli powder , jaggery to the mango pieces. Cook the mangoes are soft.
3. Add peanut powder, sesame seeds powder, coriander powder to the curry.
4. Mix well, cook for few 2 minutes. Turn of the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves.
