
Ingredients:
1. Bell peepers-2
2. Potatoes-2
3. Oil-3 spoons
4. Mustard seeds- 1 tbsp
5. Cumin seeds- 1 tbsp
6. Turmeric- Pinch
7. Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
8. Green chilies- 2
9. Methi powder- pinch
10. Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
11. Salt- to taste
12. Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
Preparation Method:
1. Boil potatoes, mash them and keep aside.
2. Cut bell peppers into equal halves. In a non-stick pan, heat 2 spoons of oil, shallow fry peppers on low flame. Fry them till soft.
3. In another pan add oil, prepare tadka. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric, g-g paste, green chillies, methi powder, boiled potatoes. Stir once and add salt to taste, coriander powder. Mix properly. Turn off the flame. Finally add lemon juice.
4. Stuff the bell peppers with potato curry.
5. Again shallow fry the stuffed pepper until golden brown, do not burn them.
