Pizza Uttapam

PIZZA UTTAPAM


Ingredients:

1. Dosa batter

2. oil/ghee

3. Grated carrot-1

4. Bell pepper-1

5. Red onion- 1

6. Sweet corn- 1/4 cup

7. Cheddar jack cheese


Preparation Method:

1. Prepare dosa batter a night before. For making uttapam the dosa batter should be thick like idli batter consistency.

2. Pour two ladles of batter on a hot tawa and make an uttapam as thick as pancake.

3. Add a grated, bell pepper, red onion, sweet corn evenly and apply ghee or oil to the corners evenly.

4, Added a shredded Cheese evenly on the entire uttapam and cover it with a lid. Keep the stove on low until the veggies cook soft and crunchy.

5. After 2 minutes, remove the lid and check the uttapam. The cheese starts melting evenly. Close the lid again and cook for 3 more minutes.

6. Can make 2-3 uttapam for the measurement based on the size of uttapam and how you like to have more or less veggies.

7. Serve hot with tangy tomato chutney and Sweet n sour ginger chutney. You can even serve with other chutneys, but tomato and ginger combination goes well with pizza uttapam.


Note:

1. The dosa batter should not be too sour for pizza uttapam.
