Yogurt Sandwich

Ingredients:

1. Buttermilk Bread- 4

2. yogurt- 1 cup

3. Grated carrot- 1

4. Bell pepper- 1

5. Sweet corn- 1/4 cup

6. Spinach- 1/2 cup

7. Salt- to taste

8. Black pepper powder- pinch

9. Chilli flakes- pinch

10. Butter- 2 tbsp

11. Tomato Ketchup- 1 spoon


Preparation Method:

1. In a mixing bowl add yogurt, grated carrot, diced bell pepper, sweet corn, finely chopped spinach. Mix once. Add salt, black pepper powder, chilli flakes. Mix properly.

2. Apply butter to one side of bread add yogurt mixture and place another bread on it.

3. Heat tawa add butter and toast it both side till brown color.


Note:

1. You can even make in sandwich maker or toaster oven.
