
Ingredients:
1. Penny pasta- 3 cups
2. Spinach - 1 bunch
3. Cilantro- handful
4. Green chillies- 2
5. Garlic-5 cloves
6. Butter- 2 spoons
7. Grated cheese- 1/2 cup
8. Salt- to taste
9. Olive oil- 1 tsp
10. Water- if required
Preparation method:
1. Wash and cook pasta add oil and salt to taste. After 3/4 of pasta is cooked strain and keep aside.
2. Blanch spinach, cilantro. Blend them adding green chillies.
3. Heat a pan add butter minced garlic, blended puree, cooked pasta. saute for a while. If required add water to maintain the green sauce consistency.
4. Add grated cheese, mix and serve hot.
