Tindora Tomato Masala

Ingredients

1. Tindora- 1 lb

2. Tomatoes-2

3. Onion- 1

4. Turmeric- pinch

5. Salt- to taste

6. Chilli powder- 1 tbsp

7. Peanut powder- 2 tbsp

8. Sesame seeds powder- 2 tbsp

9. Oil- 3 spoons


Preparation Method

1. Slit the tindora on two sides. Heat the oil in a kadai. Add tindora and fry on a low flame till they turn golden brown. keep aside let them cool down.

2. In the same oil, add onions fry till translucent. Add chopped tomatoes and cook them till soft and gravy consistency.

3. Add salt, chilli powder and fried tindora. Mix gently. Add peanut powder , sesame seeds powder mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Turn of the flame. Serve hot with steamed rice and ghee.
