
Ingredients:
1. Rice- 2 cups
2. Carrot- 1
3. Bell pepper- 1
4. Beans- 10-12
5. Tofu- 450 grams
6. Water- 4 cups
7. Ginger garlic paste- 1 Tbsp
8. Salt- to taste
9. Garam Masala- 1 Tbps
10. Butter- 1 spoon
11. Oil- 1 spoon
Preparation Method:
1. Wash and soak rice for an hour. cook rice separately and cool it down.
2. Chop carrot, beans, Capisum into small pieces. Add butter, g-g paste and saute till raw flavor is gone. Add little salt only for veggies, Mix well. Cook till the veggies are soften.
3. Besides cut tofu into cubes and fry in a separate pan. Fry tofu on a low flame till they turn crispy and golden flame.
4. Add cooked rice to veggies mixture, add desired salt, garam masala. Mix all together well.
5. Add fried tofu on top of it and mix once. Ready to serve hot with chilli sauce(store bought)
